Our Traing Programs

At JV Rome Football Accademy, we offer a comprehensive range of training programs designed to help young footballers develop their skills, build their confidence, and reach their full potential. Our training programs are tailored to meet the needs of players of all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced levels.

Program Objectives

Our training programs aim to:

Develop technical skills, such as ball control, passing, shooting, and dribbling

Improve tactical awareness, including positioning, movement, and decision-making

Enhance physical conditioning, focusing on speed, agility, strength, and endurance

Foster mental preparation, building confidence, focus, and teamwork

Program Structure

Our training programs are structured into the following categories:

  • Youth Development Program (YDP): For players aged 5-12, focusing on fundamental skills development and fun games
  • Academy Program: For players aged 13-18, emphasizing technical and tactical development, as well as physical conditioning
  • Elite Program: For advanced players aged 16-22, focusing on high-intensity training, tactical analysis, and mental preparation
  • Goalkeeper Program: Specialized training for goalkeepers, focusing on technical skills, footwork, and decision-making

Training Methods

Our experienced coaching staff employs a range of training methods, including:

Small-sided games (SSGs) to develop technical skills and tactical awareness

Position-specific training to focus on individual player development

Video analysis to review game footage and improve decision-making

Strength and conditioning exercises to enhance physical performance

Mental preparation techniques, such as visualization and positive self-talk, to build confidence and focus


Program Schedule

Our training programs run throughout the year, with regular sessions held:

Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Youth Development Program)

Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Academy Program)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am - 10:00 am (Elite Program)

Saturday: 9:00 am - 11:00 am (Goalkeeper Program)
